PROJECT: Tree cutting and processing to reclaim field edge and enhance views. Expansion of highway department pit area. Whole tree harvesting and chipping capabilities required.

PERIOD OF CONTRACT: December 13th, 2023, through May 1st, 2025. Winter harvest under frozen ground conditions is required.

SEALED BID OPENING: Sealed bids are due by close of business (5PM) on Tuesday, December 12th. Bid must be sent to the Town of Sunapee, attn Conservation Commission, 23 Edgemont Road, Sunapee, NH 03782. Sealed bids will be opened in the public special conservation commission meeting on Wednesday, December 13th at 7:30PM. Bids may be hand delivered or mailed and will be accepted any time prior to the bid opening. Meadowsend recommends that bidders contact Matthias Nevins (603-568-7480) prior to the bid opening to ensure that your bid has been received.
