Short-Term Rental Regulation & Registration Public Hearing

Good Afternoon,

On June 12th, 2023, at 7 PM, the Town of Sunapee Selectboard will host a public hearing inviting residents to comment on short-term rental regulations and permitting processes. Attached, please find the draft document that the Selectboard will be reviewing, discussing, and modifying. The Selectboard anticipates hosting a second public hearing at the end of June to finalize and formally adopt both the regulations and permit requirements inclusive of registration and permit fees.
