We know it's been quite a journey to get to this point and are excited to share the finalized Short-Term Rental Registration and Regulation documents, as well as a FAQ page with facts and guidance. These documents reflect the decisions made by the Sunapee Selectboard at the Public Hearing on July 10th, 2023. The meeting minutes from the hearing are available to view here if you would like to follow the discussion that shaped these documents. We will be sending out an announcement soon with the launch date for our GovOS STR portal and details about the registration process.
