Road Postings will begin today.

Road postings will begin today and they will remain posted through approximately May 6, 2022.

All Class V Roads will be restricted to a maximum of 6 tons total weight of vehicle and load, and all Class VI Roads will be closed to wheeled vehicles.

A fillable PDF Permit to Travel over a Town Posted Road form is located on the Town’s website at www.town.sunapee.nh.us on the Highway Department’s webpage under the “Posted Road Information” tab for those needing permission to travel over a weight restricted road in Sunapee.  Directions are on the form for filling it out and submitting it to the Highway Department.
