Revaluation 2023: Notice to Taxpayers

notice

Notice to residents and property owners!

As part of the 2023 Revaluation, the Sunapee Assessors will be visiting recently-sold properties around town to collect data that is critical to developing fair and accurate assessments. If you have any questions, please email: assessor@town.sunapee.nh.us.

WHAT TO EXPECT:

When visiting a property, Assessors will ALWAYS wear identification. They will knock on the door and ask permission to measure outdoor areas and may ask to verify the interior finish of the home. They will have some questions regarding the sale and if improvements have been made since the sale.
