Please find initial draft registration documents concerning the process a short-term rental property.

We expect registration documents to undergo several more revisions. They are NOT in their final state.  

A public hearing, to be scheduled at a later date, will be held to welcome community feedback.

Town of Sunapee staff will be available to answer questions on March 20, 2023, at 5:00 PM at the Town Meeting Room.
